Go around to the base of the arch on the lighthouse side and make your way up staying as on the natural rock formations. First crux is a slightly overhanging section that outlines the human-carved area on the top right side. Continue up using the window-looking structures to reach a rocky ledge that is a bit tricky to get up on comfortably. Traverse carefully up to the right and continue up using the overhanging rock structure to make your way up to the last stage. Rest is straightforward.
