After you enter the first open doorway into the secret cavern walk about 30 feet until the path splits. Go right and around until you see a frozen waterfall - start here. Climb the slopers until you get to the roof. Rest. Now climb the roof anyway that you can until you can climb over the lip to more forgiving vertical terrain. Climb up and left finishing next to the same frozen waterfall. Enjoy the misery.
