Start on the left wall after entering the hall next to the save point. Make your way to the other wall through the ceiling. Your feet can touch the wall, but your hands can only touch the ceiling and its cracks. Good luck downclimbing while battling the camera and Aavas' crazy moves when upside down. (I did it with buffs because all my food had them and I didn't want to wait haha)
