What A Thrill

Begin on the winding arete. After about 100ft, you'll reach a space where there are no holds; only another arete several feet above. This is the crux. To climb to the next arete without falling you'll need to time your chalks and rests wisely. You will barely be able to reach it without falling. Once through the crux, you'll notice a small roof above you. It is far too difficult to climb with so little chalk, so traverse right to reach the stalactite roof. The final traverse moves to get beneath the roof are tricky, but not harder than the first crux. Once you reach it, climb up to reach horizontal cracks that traverse back. You'll come to a short arete that leads out.
