Instead of going up, cut right far across the wall until you’re above Pazuzu’s second roof. Follow Pazuzu’s route until you would normally cut right to the last stalactite. Instead, cut left to the left stalactite. Step up again onto the next left stalactite, and follow that one up beneath the roof’s left side. Traverse right beneath the roof to top out where Crown of Thorns ends.

Crown of Thorns
Crown of Thorns

This route begins about seventy-five feet above “End of The World” at a dying brown bush. You’ll know you’re getting close to the start when you pass the free-hanging piton just below. Once on the bushy platform, traverse the stalactites until you reach the pinnacle of the Dome’s foundation

If you must get away from Marko, consider leaping over this gap onto the wall. It won’t help

Revenge of the Goat Snatcher
Revenge of the Goat Snatcher

This Route climbs the face leading up to the goats and sneaks around left. Going straight up is less contrived and easier, but you won’t catch any goats that way.

Sharkfin
Sharkfin

Climbs the nose of Split Rock starting with the roof. After that you’ll climb up through the vines and then onto another two longer aretes with no holds. From the top of the second one, slab climb up and right toward the waterfall base. Once inside turn left to crawl onto The Sharkfin.

The Vampire
The Vampire

What A Thrill
What A Thrill

On the far western end of the waterfall area, just below the village, climb up to Backpack Ledge. Begin on the arete hanging over the backpack. Follow a series of these aretes up to an unclimbable roof. To pass the roof you’ll need to traverse right, climb up, around and then head back left. There’s an amazing traverse here. Make it across and then continue up and out beside the tree.

Cobra Cross
Cobra Cross

A variation of “What A Thrill” that crosses over the “River of Sorrow” route by DeadNerves. This route shares the start with “What A Thrill,” but instead of turning and heading back left at the roof, go beneath it, finishing up on the right side under the tree. If both lines were drawn together, you would see a cross beneath the roof

The Herbalist
The Herbalist

After passing beneath the arch, you’ll see some vines hanging down on your left. Begin there. As you climb you’ll be traversing up and right toward the dihedral beneath the cave. From there go straight up into the cave. The second pitch is harder but optional. From the cave go straight up toward the top.

Widowmaker
Widowmaker

On the eastern side of The Blades are two bridges of ice. Walk across the nearest one (Iced Latte) to the wall of hanging bodies. Climb up towards the climb-bot that’s hanging about 150 feet above. You’ll notice that—with the exception of one small area—this entire route remains on rock only. Let that guide you. After paying your respects to the fallen, climb up and out. Watch out though. Once on the slab, do your best to navigate the wall’s bumps and dishes to reach the top. All holds are off route except the very top

Looney Tunes
