Snake EaterBegin above Backpack Ledge at the drawing from “Adam and Maud.” Head up the arete toward the crack system. The bottom is the tough, but it does go clean. The crux is the traverse right from the face into a crack and the several feet that follow. If you get through that, you’ll enter a series of cracks that end become very awkward about ten feet before the top.

What A ThrillOn the far western end of the waterfall area, just below the village, climb up to Backpack Ledge. Begin on the arete hanging over the backpack. Follow a series of these aretes up to an unclimbable roof. To pass the roof you’ll need to traverse right, climb up, around and then head back left. There’s an amazing traverse here. Make it across and then continue up and out beside the tree.

GolgothaBegin on Body Horror at the wide diagonal crack beneath the stalactites. Follow Body Horror up until you reach the stalactite that leads into Body Horror’s chimney. Instead of going up, cut right far across the wall until you’re above Pazuzu’s second roof. Follow Pazuzu’s route until you would normally cut right to the last stalactite. Instead, cut left to the left stalactite. Step up again onto the next left stalactite, and follow that one up beneath the roof’s left side. Traverse right beneath the roof to top out where Crown of Thorns ends.

Traverse that roof left until you can climb upward again. Finish out to the right.
